Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ThreadForm Apparel. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand our delivery process, costs, and timeframes.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. PO Boxes are accepted for standard shipping options only.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided or through the carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at support@threadformapparel.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

7. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed.
