Refund Policy

At ThreadForm Apparel, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Items must be free of stains, fragrances, and signs of wear

Final sale items, undergarments, and gift cards are non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at returns@threadformapparel.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a ThreadForm Apparel error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@threadformapparel.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
